Through the newest episode of The Kardashians on Thursday, the 38-year-old actuality star shared one thing very spicy — she’s debating whether or not or to not get a boob job! She was visiting Kris Jenner, who was recovering in mattress from hip alternative surgical procedure, when the 66-year-old momager joked about getting surgical procedures achieved with “a buddy”:

“Everybody says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nostril job! Everybody will get so upset, like, why don’t I speak about it? Nobody’s ever requested me! You’re the primary person who’s ever requested me in an interview about my nostril. I’ve achieved, positive, injections. Probably not Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
