Kangana Ranaut is claimed to play the titular function within the upcoming sequel Chandramukhi 2, which might be directed by P Vasu.
The movie’s prequel launched in 2005 and starred Rajinikanth, Jyothika, Vadivelu, Nayanthara, amongst others. It was the Tamil remake of hit Malayalam movie Manichitrathazhu and was remade in a number of Indian languages.
In line with IANS, Kangana might be essaying the function of a dancer in a king’s courtroom. The sequel can have Raghava Lawrence play the male lead, with costumes designed by Neeta Lulla.
